Best dark roast with chicory! Reviews French Market Coffee & Chicory, City Roast Dark Roast 16-Ounce Cans Pack of 3

I absolutely love this French Market Coffee & Chicory, City Roast Dark Roast! I like strong coffee and do not need to use more of this product to achieve the strong taste unlike other coffees. I have tried more expensive coffees and nothing compares. You also have to take into consideration what type of coffee maker you have.
Great French Market Coffee & Chicory, City Roast Dark Roast price ... great addition to coffee
If you like chicory coffee, this is one of the best brands that we have had. The French Market Coffee & Chicory, City Roast Dark Roast flavor is very rich, and because you don't need as much coffee grounds for making a pot, it is a good value too. We have been drinking chicory coffee since we lived in New Orleans years ago.
  • 100% Arabica beans roasted in small batches to release more flavor
  • Dark Roasted and blended with the finest imported French Chicory
  • Great for all types of coffe makers delivery a great cup everytime.
  • Easy opening can
  • Made in New Orleans, famous since 1890
We used to drink another brand, but after finding French Market Coffee on Amazon Subscribe & Save, we are addicted to the stuff. If you've never had chicory coffee but like a good strong cup of Joe, TRY IT you won't regret it. If you have a cheap Mr Coffee it will brew weaker than Cuisinart Brew Central.

Also found that if you make the French Market Coffee & Chicory, City Roast Dark Roast a little strong it has kind of a chocolate taste to it. I've read that C&C has chocolate undertones but never tasted it until I made the dark roast a little stronger than I usually do.

I learned to love this Louisiana French Market Coffee & Chicory, City Roast Dark Roast when I was in college at LSU--beginning in 1959. I have stuck with it through all these years. An additional advantage is the value. It still comes as a full pound, and you use only about half as much. I feel cheated when I try any other type or brand of coffee--including the other Louisiana brands.
